Jazlyn L. Carvajal
Previously responsible for successfully managing prominent construction projects throughout New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts, Jazlyn Carvajal is one of the most recognizable women in her industry. Ms. Carvajal first gained notoriety for completing the award-winning $178 million, 375,000 square feet Union City High School with rooftop stadium.
Ms. Carvajal is Director of Finance for The Latinas in STEM foundation, a national non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire and empower Latinas to pursue and thrive in STEM related fields.
Ms. Carvajal received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is President-Emeritus of the MIT Club of Northern New Jersey. In 2014, she was the recipient of the Union City Puerto Rican Woman of the Year Award.
Dr. Ian W. Marrero
Co-Founder Dr. Ian W. Marrero is a former real estate and family law attorney who has experience in both corporate and private practice. He has worked as a copywriter, real estate office manager and lecturer.
Dr. Marrero received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, Newark.
With more than 30 years experience in banking, Thomas Kasper has provided first-in-class business developmental services for entities in both the public and private sectors. With a concentration in wealth management, Mr. Kasper has developed comprehensive strategies for complex client needs. Mr. Kasper's ability to develop and maintain substantive business relationships with business owners throughout New Jersey is a testament to a background that includes being a project manager for a billion-dollar financial institution.
Thomas Kasper is also a devoted volunteer. He has sat on multiple boards, presiding as both President and Trustee on several of these same boards.
